Verified athletic CV

Anyone can claim a time.
Proving it is harder.

Every race you have run and every exercise you have maxed, on one page. Attach your proof, and it gets checked by hand.

Every submission is read by a certified coach, against published standards. No model, no auto-approve, no result checkmarked without a person deciding it.

Why it exists

Your results are scattered across six websites and a note on your phone.

Your race times sit on whichever timing company the organiser happened to use. Your gym numbers are in a different app, or nowhere. The videos of your best days are lost somewhere in the camera roll.

And every number any of us claims is on the honour system. The coach who asks what you have run, the club, the team, the race organiser: all of them just have to take your word for it.

What a review actually looks like

Four submissions. Two of them did not hold up.

Approving is the easy half. This is the other half, and it is the reason the checkmark is worth anything.

Hyrox Open · 1:09:42
Evidence · official results link
✓ Verified
Deadlift · 220 kg
Evidence · video
✕ Not verified

The video starts with the bar already off the floor, so there is no way to see the lift. Film the whole rep from the side and send it again.

Marathon · 3:12:45
Evidence · bib photo + chip time
✓ Verified
10K · 34:10
Evidence · watch screenshot
✕ Not verified

A watch screenshot is a record of your watch, not of the race. Send the official results link or your bib number and this one goes straight through.

Review standards

What we accept, and what gets sent back.

The same rules apply to every submission, so a checkmark means the same thing on your CV as it does on anyone else’s. Nothing is reviewed on vibes.

Accepted as evidence

  • An official results link from the organiser or timing provider
  • Your bib number, where the race publishes results by bib
  • A bib or medal photo that is readable and matches the event
  • Video of a gym attempt, showing the full repetition

Sent back, with a reason

  • Nothing attached, or evidence that does not show the claim
  • A watch or app screenshot standing in for an official result
  • Video that starts mid-repetition, or hides the load
  • A time, weight or placing that does not match the evidence

How a result moves

Submitted, read by a person, decided.

Logged Pending review Verified or Not verified

You cannot submit anything without evidence attached, so there is always something real to check. Most decisions come back within 24 hours.

If it does not hold up you keep the entry, just without the checkmark, plus a note saying exactly what was missing. If it does, the mark is permanent and sits on your CV and your public profile for good.

You cannot give yourself that checkmark. That is the entire point.

What it costs

Logging is free. You only pay to prove it.

Reviewing takes a person real time, so it is the only thing here with a price on it. Everything else stays free, including the CV and the PDF.

The slow part

A checkmark a computer hands out is not worth having.

There is no photo-matching model here and no automatic approval. Every mark in this app went through a certified coach reading the evidence against the claim, which is slower than a machine and is the only reason it means anything.
